ABOUT CLASSES

Fitness Classes

We encourage you to try one of our very popular group fitness classes in our  2400 square ft. DIN Standard Compliant fitness and aerobic studio.  All classes are free with your membership at Fit For Her (unless otherwise noted) and only $5.00 for visitors! Of course first time visitors are always free!  

We have some of the finest certified instructors in the Owasso/Tulsa Area.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:


AIT (Athletic Interval Training) w/Angela 

Circuit Training,  a combo of cardio and strength.


CARDIO COMBO w/Lisa 

Low impact aerobics with high impact strength moves.


FIT BARRE w/Adana 

Melding of  stretching and strength training using the the ballet barre and other functional training tools such as hand weights, balls, gliders, and bands.


FITCAMP w/ Elizabeth

Interval training using a combination of body weight and weights.


FUNCTIONAL TRAINING w/Adana or Lara

Functional training exercises your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work, or in sports. You will use various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time. Functional training also emphasizes core stability.  This class is a great option for our senior ladies!


HIGH FITNESS w/ Christine

Aerobics is back! Bigger, better, and HIGHer! Experience a modern twist on aerobics in a non-stop action-packed hour of cardio and toning tracks that will take your fitness to the next level. Adaptable to all levels of fitness. You can go high or you can go low, but you will always leave feeling HIGH! 


KICK BOXING w/Melinda 

High intensity Cardio Kick Boxing Class.


MAX  w/Lori-Beth 

This is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).  There will be strength training, cardio, and core work.


RIP w/Adana or Lara

Pre-choreographed functional barbell program.


SOULfusion w/ Tammy 

SOULfusion is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and strength training exercises (using optional 1-5 lbs weights) all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment. SOULfusion improves strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. SOULfusion is all of your favorite workouts wrapped into ONE! 

 

TABATA/PILATES w/Melinda 

High Intensity Interval Training with Core strength and Flexibility.


ZUMBA w/Lara, Candace , and Renee

High Cardio Latin Dance. 


All classes are included in the  regular membership price!!!
