All classes are free with your membership at Fit For Her (unless otherwise noted) and only $5.00 for visitors! Of course first time visitors are always free!

AIT (Athletic Interval Training) w/Angela
Circuit Training, a combo of cardio and strength.
CARDIO COMBO w/Lisa
Low impact aerobics with high impact strength moves.
F.I.T. BARRE w/Lisa
Melding of stretching and strength training using the the ballet barre and other functional training tools such as hand weights, balls, gliders, and bands.
FITCAMP w/ Elizabeth
Interval training using a combination of body weight and weights.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING w/Adana or Lisa
Functional training exercises your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work, or in sports. You will use various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time. Functional training also emphasizes core stability. This class is a great option for our senior ladies!

L.I.I.T w/ Adana
Low impact interval training is similar to HIIT. It follows an intense exercise period with a slower-paced recovery period. It is proven to be more sustainable that HIIT exercised, by significantly reducing the risk of injury and being more suitable for people of all fitness levels.

Mash up w/ Lara
Mash-up is a great way to integrate all your favorite exercises and get the maximum results! This is done with dumbbells and music led HIIT training. You will the best of agility, strength, and mega intensity exercise!
This is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). There will be strength training, cardio, and core work.
Pre-choreographed functional barbell program.
Step/Combo w/ Deidra
This is a cardio step class that will include strength training, core work, and stretching.
SOULfusion w/ Tammy
SOULfusion is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and strength training exercises (using optional 1-5 lbs weights) all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment. SOULfusion improves strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. SOULfusion is all of your favorite workouts wrapped into ONE!
