All classes are free with your membership at Fit For Her (unless otherwise noted) and only $5.00 for visitors! Of course first time visitors are always free!

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
AIT (Athletic Interval Training) w/Angela
Circuit Training, a combo of cardio and strength.
BARBELL BLAST w/Adana
Pre-choreographed functional barbell program designed to hit every major muscle group.
BARRE BLEND w/Elizabeth
This class will focus on toning, with low-impact high-rep movements. It is a fusion of Ballet Barre, Pilates, and Yoga and is fun way to challenge anyone wanting to fine-tune their muscles.
No previous ballet experience needed.
INTERNATIONAL DANCE w/Nayar
International-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. This 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling.
CARDIO COMBO w/Lisa
Low impact aerobics with high impact strength moves.
F.I.T. BARRE w/Lisa
Melding of stretching and strength training using the the ballet barre and other functional training tools such as hand weights, balls, gliders, and bands.
FITCAMP w/Adana & Elizabeth
Interval training using a combination of body weight and weights.
FULL BODY STRETCH w/ Suzy
This a flexibility workout designed to lengthen your muscles, open your joints, correct muscular alignment, and melt away stress! Every muscle group will be worked in an attempt to leave you feeling renewed, opened, and refreshed. All ages, and fitness levels, are welcomed and will benefit from this targeted flexibility workout!
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING w/Suzy or Lisa
Functional training exercises your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work, or in sports. You will use various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time. Functional training also emphasizes core stability. This class is a great option for our senior ladies!
MASH UP w/Lara
Mash-up is a great way to integrate all your favorite exercises and get the maximum results! This is done with dumbbells and music led HIIT training. You will the best of agility, strength, and mega intensity exercise!
MAX w/Lori-Beth
This is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). There will be strength training, cardio, and core work.
POSTURAL STRENGTH & STRETCH w/ Suzy
Postural strength & stretch combines a progressive strength training workout, for the posterior muscle groups, with flexibility training that targets the front of the body. Balance training adds core strength and reduces fall risk, as well. This class will give you "postural awareness" and provide you the tools to support proper postural alignment, no matter your age!
PUMPED UP STRENGTH w/Paige
Pumped Up Strength is a new approach to resistance training. Utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted, rhythmic progression, its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements set to fun music.
STEP/COMBO w/ Deidra
This is a cardio step class that will include strength training, core work, and stretching.
SOULfusion w/Tammy
SOULfusion is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and strength training exercises (using optional 1-5 lbs weights) all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment. SOULfusion improves strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. SOULfusion is all of your favorite workouts wrapped into ONE!
TABATA w/Melinda
High Intensity Interval Training with Core strength and Flexibility.
YOGILATES w/Melinda
A combination of Pilates exercises and the posture, breathing, stretching techniques of Yoga. This is a restorative class that will give you a great stretch while also working your core.
ZUMBA w/Lara or Renee
High Cardio Latin Dance.
